Currently, we are moving towards updating the Certified Illinois workNet Advisor (CIWA) online course. The updated CIWA course will use Module lessons that can be arranged in different orders, offering custom learning experiences for different users (i.e. an adult case manager would have different CIWA modules than an LWIA/LWIB director). Offering CIWA in this format gives us flexibility and simplifies course updates for the future.
